There are 2 spots left???

Hi all my Stitching Sisters and friends, We have 2 spots left for our annual stitching retreat that takes place every year at Brentwood on the Beach, on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron. It is situated between Grand Bend and Bayfield. We arrive on Friday and we stay until Sunday some of us longer. We never want to go home. The cost is 325.00 and includes breakfast and dinner. We never need lunch because the meals are out of this world, delicious! Let me know ASAP if you are interested. As we have to finalize everything very soon. Let me tell you it is like heaven on earth and you will want to stay forever..... Feel free to look up The Brentwood on the beach on the internet. It is one very special place. ~Happiest when stitching~

Round barns!

I have always loved old barns, I take photos of them all the tim. I grew up in the Eastern Townships in Quebec, Canada. It is a very beautiful place. It is in the southern part of Quebec that borders on the northern part of Vermont USA. I recently found this photo of a very unique round barn. Can't wait to go back for a visit andf I will be on a day trip to take my own photo.
I am off to stitching tonight, looking forward to it.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! We celebrated with our family yesterday at my daughter's home with all the family, except for my grandaughter Chloe. She has a very bad cold and flu. Today my daughter Sarah and her family go to her husband's family Easter gathering. Today it will just be my husband and my mother. It will be very quiet time as my youngest daughter and her daughter are both very sick with cold and flu. That's the way it goes sometimes.
I hope everyone has a good day with their families and that you all enjoy your Easter time with families and friends.

Birthday April 1st

Yestersay was my birthday and my great friend Barb took me to see the Elvis show in Niagara Falls. It was one of the best Elvis shows that I have ever seen. I have seen a lot!
The good looking gentleman that played Elvis is Steve Kabakos, he is from Ontario and has many awards in Canada and at Graceland. He is sooooo good, as Jolo says on American Idol he gave me goosies!!!
If he is in your area go and see the show it is fabulous.
It was a great way to celebrate my birthday that is for sure.
